Terms of Service

Last updated: July 25, 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Bored Hub ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Bored Hub is a free collection of short casual games, including single-player games and real-time multiplayer matches against other players. The app is provided for entertainment purposes only.

3. Anonymous Play

Bored Hub does not require you to create an account. Play is authenticated anonymously, and you are assigned a randomly generated username which you may change. Because there is no account and no personal information is collected, there is no login to protect and no account to recover — your preferences and scores live on your device. Clearing your app data will reset them permanently.

4. Usernames & Player Conduct

In multiplayer games your chosen username is visible to the player you are matched with. You agree not to:

We may remove a username or restrict access to multiplayer features if these rules are broken.

5. Acceptable Use

6. No Purchases or Advertising

Bored Hub is free to play. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising. We do not ask you for payment information at any point.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, artwork, and game content, is owned by Bored Hub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the app and its multiplayer service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Multiplayer matchmaking depends on third-party infrastructure and on other players being online. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app, including individual games, at any time. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bored Hub and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data the app handles and how.
