These terms apply when you install or use Rally Trip. Please read them.
By installing or using Rally Trip (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is provided by OrgHubs (“we”, “us”).
Rally Trip lets a group plan a trip, share a schedule, reply and vote, record shared expenses and see a suggested way to settle up. It does not process or hold payments.
A person who creates a trip is its organizer and can manage the trip, its members and its schedule. You are responsible for what you add to a trip. Do not add information about people who have not agreed to be included, and do not use the app to harass anyone or to break the law.
Amounts, exchange rates, splits and suggested payments are entered by people on the trip and calculated from what they enter. They are a convenience, not accounting, tax or financial advice. Check them before paying. Payments are made outside the app, between members, and we are not a party to them or responsible for them.
You can use the app as a guest or with an email. Keep your phone secure. You can delete your account in Settings; see the privacy policy for what happens to shared trips.
If you turn notifications on we may send you messages about the trips you are on. You can turn them off at any time.
Do not use the app to interfere with other services, to try to reverse engineer or tamper with it except where the law allows, or to access trips you were not invited to.
We may update or change the app and these terms. Material changes will be described in the app's release notes or this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app, if any.
The app relies on services such as the App Store, Google Play, push notification services and the payment apps you choose to open. Their terms apply to those services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless your local law gives you other rights.
