Delete your OrgHubs account

In the app: open your club, tap Me, then Danger zone › Delete my account, and confirm.

On the web: sign in at app.orghubs.com/account, open Danger zone › Delete my account, and confirm.

Or by email: email support@orghubs.com from the address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account.

Leaving one club instead

If you belong to more than one club and only want to leave one, tap Me → Leave in that club. Your account and your other clubs stay as they are.

What's deleted

Your name, email, phone, address, date of birth and photo, in every club
Your answers to registration questions, sign-up sheet notes and messages
Your notifications and the devices that receive them
Your login, so the email address can't sign in any more
If you were the last adult in your household, the household's other details too

What's kept

Records of payments you made to a club (amount, date, what it was for) are kept without your name, because the club needs them for its accounts and taxes. If you organise a club, hand the owner role to someone else first, so the club isn't left without an owner.

How long it takes
