Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
OrgHubs helps clubs, associations and community groups run their membership, events, payments and news, on the web at app.orghubs.com and in the OrgHubs app. OrgHubs is a service of Black Road Health LLC, Chicago, Illinois. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.
Your club and OrgHubs
Each club decides what it collects about its members and who in the club can see it. OrgHubs stores and processes that information on the club's behalf so the club can run. If you have a question about what your club keeps, ask your club's organisers; you can also email us.
What we collect
- Account: your email address (for sign-in codes), and your name if you sign in with Google or Apple.
- Member details you or your club enter: names of the people in your household, email, phone, mailing address, date of birth or age group (for member categories and prices), member number, and any extra details your club asks for (for example a village or T-shirt size).
- Memberships and payments: your membership level and dates, what you owe and have paid, tickets, donations and refunds. Card payments are made on Stripe's secure page; OrgHubs never sees or stores your card number.
- Events: registrations, guests, answers to the organiser's questions, sign-up sheet items you claim, and check-ins at the door.
- What you send: poll votes, and messages you send a club through its "Message the club" form.
- Photos: a profile picture if you add one. Club organisers can attach receipt photos to expenses; the text on a receipt is read on the phone itself, not sent to anyone else.
- Device: a push-notification token if you allow notifications. The app does not read your location or contacts.
- For club organisers: the club's plan and billing with OrgHubs (handled by Stripe), and the club's books entered in OrgHubs.
How we use it
Only to run OrgHubs for you and your club: signing you in, showing your membership and tickets, taking payments for the club, sending the club's news, receipts and event reminders by email and notification, adding passes to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet when you ask, keeping accounts secure, and fixing problems. You can turn off club news emails with the Email choices link in any of them; receipts and sign-in codes still come.
Who can see it
- Your club's organisers (owners, managers, treasurers and the people they invite) see member details, payments and registrations for their own club only.
- Other members see only what the club shows in its member directory.
- The public sees only what the club publishes on its public page (events, public news, sponsors). Your personal details are never public.
- OrgHubs staff can see club data when needed to support a club or keep the service running safely.
Service providers
We use a few providers to run OrgHubs. They process data only on our behalf:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage
- Vercel: hosting for the website
- Stripe: card payments to clubs, and clubs' OrgHubs plans
- Resend: emails
- Google Firebase: push notifications
- Apple and Google: sign-in with Apple or Google, and Wallet passes when you add one
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while you're a member of a club on OrgHubs. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Me → Delete my account), or leave just one club (Me → Leave). Your name, contact details, address, photo and answers are removed, and your login is deleted. Records of payments are kept without your name, because clubs need them for their accounts and taxes. More about deleting your account.
Children
A parent or guardian can include children in their household so the club knows who is a member or coming to an event. Children don't get their own accounts. OrgHubs accounts are for people 13 and over, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13 except what a parent or the club enters for their household.
Your choices and rights
- See and update your details in the app or on the web.
- Turn notifications off in your device settings, and club news emails off with Email choices.
- Delete your account or leave a club in the app.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing support@orghubs.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access is enforced in the database itself, so each person and club can only read what they're allowed to. You sign in with one-time email codes or with Google or Apple, never a password we store.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy in a significant way, we'll tell you in the app or by email. Questions or requests: support@orghubs.com.
