OrgHubs is a service of Black Road Health LLC, Chicago, Illinois ("OrgHubs", "we"). It helps clubs, associations and community groups ("clubs") run their membership, events, payments and news, and lets their members take part, on the web and in the OrgHubs app. By using OrgHubs you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use OrgHubs.
You need to be 13 or older to have an account. Keep your email address current, since that's how you sign in. You're responsible for what happens under your account. A parent or guardian may add children to their household.
Each club runs itself on OrgHubs. The club, not OrgHubs, decides its membership levels, prices, events, refunds and rules, and is responsible for what it publishes and for the information it keeps about its members. Questions about your membership, an event or a refund go to your club first.
When you pay dues, buy a ticket or donate, you pay the club. Card payments are processed by Stripe and go to the club's own Stripe account; OrgHubs is not the seller and isn't a party to the purchase. Payments made another way (check, Zelle, cash and so on) are between you and the club. Refunds are the club's decision.
Clubs can use OrgHubs on the Free plan or pay monthly for Community or Pro. Plans are billed in advance each month by Stripe. Moving up a plan charges the difference for the rest of the month right away; moving down credits it on the next bill. A club can cancel at any time and keeps its plan until the end of the month it has paid for; we don't refund part months. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a new price applies from the club's next bill after that.
We may remove content, or suspend a club or account, that breaks these terms.
You and your club own what you put into OrgHubs. You give OrgHubs permission to store it and show it to the people allowed to see it, only so the service can work.
You can delete your account or leave a club at any time (how). A club's owner can close the club. We may end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
OrgHubs is provided "as is." We work to keep it available and secure but can't promise it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, OrgHubs isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, for what clubs or members do or publish, or for more than the amount the club paid OrgHubs in the 12 months before a claim. We may update these terms; if the changes are significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless your local law gives you other rights.
